Partnership for Learning

Partnership for Learning is a unique training and business resource in South Merseyside. It was established when four of the area's major employers - Jaguar, Glaxo SmithKline, Eli Lilly & Company and Evans Vaccines (now Ceron) decided to pool their resources to provide a high quality training, conference and meeting facility close to all four companies.

Since PFL was established in March 2001, the client base has grown to over 700 organisations. They range from large established organisations such as the Lear Corporation and Merseyside Police through to many of the new and growing businesses in Merseyside and beyond.

Parker Kelly have worked closely with PFL senior management to ensure that a robust employee benefits structure is in place to support the demands of a growing business.
