Bradshaw Rowse Harker

It was in 1918 that Herbert J Rowse founded the Practice in Liverpool and throughout the 1920s and 30s the Practice enjoyed a reputation for producing some of the most notable and prestigious buildings of that era. These include the first Mersey Tunnel, India Buildings and the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Few practices today can boast a heritage equal to the work of Rowse.
